As a Systems Integration Engineer you will Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of how we incubate, advance, and grow our Intelligent Edge Solutions! You will use broad expertise and unique knowledge to translate the Professional Services delivery requirements into proven templates and methodology for readiness. You will ensure all work objectives have been met and are repeatable so PS can execute with a consistent approach globally.

Responsibilities

• Champions new thinking and creativity in team members to cultivate Next practices. Serve as a mentor and coach to delivery team members on how to effectively develop, communicate, and implement new solutions. May supervise the activities of others.
• Drives collaborative requirements and creates feedback loop on assets created for the most complex systems, applications or process design projects
• Analyzes best approach to solving systems, applications, or process design problems (innovation vs. re-use) including best fit solution to customer requirements
• Provides direction for design activities and presenting to clients
• Exercises independent judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining delivery readiness
• Networks with senior, internal and external, personnel in own area of expertise. Frequent inter-organizational and outside customer contacts
• Responsible for developing “how to” guides for Professional Services Delivery Team for our IES solutions.
• Develops Capacity models for the definition, integration, implementation, adoption, and management of these solutions
• Develops skill ramping models for new skills around the IES solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 12+ years’ of related experience required
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
• Advanced organization skills including workload prioritization and ability to work to deadlines
• Intermediate presentation skills
• Advanced project management skills
