The Regional Manager is responsible for the day to day site management of our internal and external systems health. User issues that may come to light. Managing the intake of on-site tickets for users with the highest level of Customer Service and maintaining a team that does the same. The Regional Manager is responsible for the continuous monitoring and management of the networks, systems and order management of the Tampa region corporate offices to ensure issues are received/acknowledged and processing procedures are followed timely. The position will be responsible for processing incident tickets for onsite technical support and service. At least 1-3 years of experience in IT Management At least 1-3 years of experience supporting warehouse operations and technologies Experience managing direct reports and teams Excellent Customer Service Skills Required. Strong understanding of Active Directory Knowledge of web applications and database design & architecture preferred Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple a variety of items & tasks Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to perform calmly under pressure Experience Using ERP, Trouble-ticketing And Service Management Systems Preferred Has Interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with others Ability to be effective at various levels with internal and external customers. Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills Applicant’s skills should be weighted based on the following factors: •Ability to achieve an elevated level of customer satisfaction thru their interactions with the customer. •Ability to remain calm and confident in a stressful situation required •Ability to multi-task and to perform intangible duties •Able to work up to 12-hour shift patterns based upon a 7X24X365 operation as needed •Able to be flexible with work schedule based upon a 7X24X365 operation as needed •Ability to resolve issues and problems, following set practices and procedures. 3+ years minimum experience in desk-side support, help-desk, infrastructure support environments. Professional experience working in multiple IT-related roles, including some type of infrastructure support. •Proficiency with desktop OSs, including Windows 10 and MAC OS. •Proficiency with Windows Server OS’s including Server 2016 •Proficiency in Office 365 & other MS Office applications in a business environment. •Proficiency with Windows Domain environments •Troubleshooting skills/knowledge, including network issues, printers, and scanners. •Familiarity with common business office devices, including printers, scanners, fax, and multi function devices. •Proactively monitor issues and ensure ITIL processes are followed along with meeting customer service level requirements. •Familiarity with networking equipment: routers, firewalls, wireless devices & switches preferred. •Experience managing and working with Active Directory, Office 365, Windows Terminal / Print / File Servers, RBAC, group policies, asset management, stock rooms inventory all preferred. •Experience working with 3rd party vendors preferred. •Must be organized and detail oriented. •The ability to understand and follow established business practices at all times is necessary. •Exercise the highest level of confidentiality and ethical standards at all times. •Willingness to do other team projects as needed. •Lead a team of 5 individuals or more.
