SRA Program Lead-Chocolate

Job Description

Key Responsibilities/ 职位描述

1.Perform regulatory compliance activities for Chocolate CBU (Dove, M&M’s and Gifting etc. ) related to product formula, raw material/ingredient (MRA), labelling, claims, nutrition label and regulatory database management, to ensure compliance with applicable food laws, regulations/ standards, Mars SRA standards /policies.

2.Enable Chocolate regional innovation pipeline, develop claim strategy and product benefit story to promote category reputation in market

3.Attain ingredient & product approval/ registration if needs, and to assist in regulation/ standards development/ revision, through external stakeholder engagement

4.Take lead on other regulatory affairs programs as assigned

Qualifications/ 任职条件

1. Education & Professional Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in health, nutrition, medical, pharmaceutical, public health, food science, food safety, or relevant field of work is required; a master’s degree is better preferred.

2. Knowledge/Experience

• 5 years+ technical experience on food / food additives related to safety, regulatory, and food law
• 1 years+ experience on external influence on industry regulation/ standard/ policy/ sciences, and food safety risk assessment.
• Solid English communication skills and ability to work effectively with global partners.
• Good knowledge and technical capability on Health and nutrition sciences and health policy, and food safety risk assessment.
