Description

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for client communications, portal content management and post-event/promotion analysis. This position also assists in the execution of the COMPLETE Education program as directed by the Program Marketing Manager.

For the bilingual position, the Marketing Coordinator is solely responsible for the planning and execution of Quebec-based events.

Specific Responsibilities

Client Communications

  • Acts as the editor of client communications newsletters for CPS/GESPRA and QUASEP.
    • In collaboration with the CPS Marketing Director and Aramark Supply Chain, gathers relevant information for each newsletter.
    • Synthesizes information, writes articles for the newsletter(s) and publishes all content on the portal.
    • Creates and manages email campaigns.
    • In collaboration with the CPS Marketing Director and subject matter experts (SMEs), develops and/or maintains program marketing collaterals, including digitized brochures and email campaigns.
  • Designs and manages the email campaigns for the EasySave program.

Chanel Marketing

  • In collaboration with the CPS Marketing Director & Design Coordinator, develops advertisement materials for industry associations, etc.

Portel Content Management

  • Manages the portal ad banner schedule and banner uploads.
  • In collaboration with the Design Coordinator, develops & designs portal ad banners.
  • Creates and maintains supplier Marketplace pages.

Event Execution

  • Assists the Program Marketing Manager in the execution the COMPLETE Education program, including but not limited to: backup host for webcasts, mobile app content, email campaigns, invitations, etc.
  • For the bilingual position, plans and executes Quebec-based events.

Supplier Engagement

  • In collaboration with CPS Marketing Manager, actively participates in supplier engagement activities, as needed.

Field Support & Engagement

  • Provides corporate support to Account and Sales Managers, including but not limited to: marketing collateral fulfillment and association booth set up.

Measurement & Analysis

  • Monitors email campaign click/open rates, program statistics (leads/adoption), prepares reports and makes recommendations, as needed.
  • In collaboration with SCM and CPS Marketing Director, analyzes supplier marketing program and prepares relevant actionable reports.

Qualifications

  • Fully Bilingual in both English and French languages for business communications
  • Minimum two (2) years of marketing and/or communications experience in a corporate environment.
  • Experience and demonstrated ability on the use of the following: email marketing software (Mailchimp or similar) and digital content tool such as Zmags.
  • Above average computer skills, specifically in Microsoft office applications (MS excel) and powerpoint.
  • Experience in design software is an asset.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience and demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization.
  • Strong communication skills, written and oral. For the bilingual position, must be able to communicate effectively in both English and French.
