Job Description
Calling all data-driven, customer-focused, and innovative students majoring in engineering or business ready to grow your skillset. BrightEdge is seeking a Client Support Analyst Intern that can thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on technical environment. In a world of diverse skillsets, this cross-functional role has room to grow your technical skills. We are hiring now through spring 2020 and require min. 30 hours per week for at least 3 months. The internship can be done for college credit if coordinated as such by the student / advisor. We are flexible on hours and days of the week based on class schedule, etc. Normal business hours are Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 p.m. The internship is a paid position in the Cleveland Office and offers you the opportunity to be directly integrated with the BrightEdge team. You will work within the Customer Success Team and collaborate with various other departments within BrightEdge.
What you need to succeed
- Senior level student or recent grad
- Current GPA 3.4 or higher
- Relevant coursework in engineering, computer science or a computer language
- Positive attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and take feedback to improve
- A passion for working with customers and deliver a great customer experience
- Interest in learning and developing technical skills
What you'll do
- Assist in partnering with customers to effectively troubleshoot technical issues
- Help our customers navigate a variety of tools within BrightEdge
- Collaborate with our product and engineering teams in resolving technical issues
- Work with Customer Success to deliver a great customer experience
- Develop an understanding of our platform and become a Subject Matter Expert
- Working knowledge of search engine optimization
