What You Will Do

As an Associate with Ascension Senior Living, you will have the opportunity to direct the daily operations of a department(s).

Responsibilities:

• Directs the development and implementation of policies, procedures and strategies.
• Consults with leadership to develop a sales strategy. Develops and maintains an effective business, sales, and marketing plan for assigned territory.
• Works with clients to interpret requirements and build productive relationships. Establishes client expectations and commitments.
• Directs all activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions and continuing education activities.

What You Will Need

Licenses/Certifications/Registration:

• Required Credential(s):
• None Required obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

• Diploma
  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required Master's degree preferred

Work Experience:

• 5 years of experience required. 10 years of experience preferred. 2 years of leadership or management experience required. 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
