Job Summary:

You will be working as development & support into ADM of the Project. As a Developer candidate will take the ownership of Development, Enhancement and Supporting the Project/ Product as per customer need.

You will:

• Design & Develop into Application Development & Support
• Interacting with PM & Team Members on Requirement Understanding
• Feature Development, Testing
• Coding & Supporting, Enhancing the need of CR.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Telecom Operations back ground
• Must be ready for 24x7 shifts
• 2-3 + Years Excellent knowledge of Ericsson Order Care or Oracle OSM, Netcracker, Comptel, Metasolv M6 ( Ericsson Order care is preferred or any one of them )
• Must have good communication skills and knowledge of Tier 2 Operations
• Database Skills ( SQL / Oracle )
• Knowledge of Ticket Management Tools MITO / Remedy etc
• Must has experience in making MOP / Runbooks / SOP’s

Key Qualifications:

Education: BE/B-Tech or MCA ( all full time )

Minimum years of relevant experience: Min 3-7 years of work experience into Java J2ee ( EOC ) Development
