Product Operations Specialist

Job Description

Greenhouse is looking for a Product Operations Specialist to join our team in NYC! Working to unify our different Product teams, you will be the ultimate facilitator of improving and scaling our product-related processes. You’ll have the chance to collaborate with our Director of Product, Product Managers, Ops and sales teams across the organization. Owning the data collection process, you’ll bring insights into how our Product teams can work more cohesively and facilitate efficiency at scale.Who will love this job:

What you’ll do:

• Manage a cadence of product communications
• Distill feedback and inputs from clients and internal teams
• Rotate between our different product teams, gaining exposure to our entire product suite
• Maintain and improve our product processes
• Own data collection tooling
• Take the lead on cross-team project management

You should have:

• Experience working with Microsoft and Google suite products
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; facilitating cross-team discussions
• The ability to work with stakeholders across the entire org; holding them accountable
• Project management experience
