Business Campaign Manager

We face incredible demand for our solution which delivers measurable ROI to top engineering organizations. Our model is deeply consultative with a focus on building trusted, long-term partnerships with engineering and recruiting leaders. As the Business Development Representative, Email Campaigns for Karat Venture, you will execute email campaigns to our targeted prospective clients to generate leads for our sales team by researching clients, writing copy and maintaining follow up.

Core Responsibilities

  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest through cold discovery calls, and email campaigns
  • Writing copy for marketing emails and running tests on response rates to messages
  • Maintaining active engagement with leads through informed, creative follow-ups
  • Working closely with Karat Venture team to identify qualified accounts and define strategies for outreach
  • Partnering with marketing to deliver proper messaging and identify the best target market segments
  • Support the team with new ideas and creative initiatives
  • Generate qualified leads and set sales appointments and achieving quarterly quotas
  • Develop and execute territory account plans in coordination with account executives and sales leadership; to achieve and exceed quota responsibility while tracking all efforts in Salesforce.com (SFDC)
  • Provide basic analysis and insight on campaign delivery and management
  • Provision, track, measure, and analyze the performance of created campaigns
  • Gain in-depth knowledge about the Technical Recruiting and Interviewing space

About you

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, marketing campaign management, copy writing or editing
  • Inspired by our mission at Karat to make every interview fair, predictable and enjoyable

  • Ready to approach every problem as an entrepreneur with grit, creativity, and persistence
  • Curious about exploring opportunities in the market
  • Resourceful in using social media and other networks to identify and contact prospects
  • Interested in using this role to grow into a Marketing leader or other position within Karat
  • Seek to represent the voice of the customer to Karat's leadership
  • High energy, enthusiastic and activity driven
