Business Analyst/Sr. Business Analyst
Interact with client stakeholders to gather and document requirements for technical projects, document buisness processes, provide communication and change management support, and other tasks as needed. This role will also support Sales and Marketing Consulting Practice Leadership in specific Practice Management tasks. Specific activities will include:
- Leading requirements gathering workshops
- Preparing Business Requirements Documents (BRD)
- Leading interative reviews of configuration (Alpha and Beta)
- Overseeing the testing process
- Leading Change Management and Communication activities
- Interviewing client stakeholders to understand current state and to-be buisness proces​s
- Performing buisness process mapping and gap analysis
- Overseeing junior resources such as Testers
- First line management of client relationships
Experience:
- 5-8 years in Life Sciences Commercial (Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, Commercial IT)
- Familiarity with one or more common Life Sciences CRM applications (Veeva CRM, OCE CRM, Salesforce)
- Familiarity with Life Sciences Commercial Business Processes (Customer Engagement, Alignment, Deployment, Targeting, Segmentation, Incentive Comp, Marketing Operations)
Skills
- Ability to translate client requirements and interview findings into high quality documentation
- Ability to partner with technical teams to map client needs to system capabilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels of an organization
- Pragmatic, results oriented outlook, and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight​​
