In this role you have the opportunity to

Support Quality and Regulatory activities as well as support and execute product certifications/ approbations with Competent Authorities for Personal Health division (non-medical products) within the CEE region.

You are responsible for

• Communicating with Business, marketing and innovation sites on product introduction plan in CEE;
• Ensuring compliance with the applicable country regulations and Philips standards & policies;
• Reporting and resolving quality issues;
• Providing support to Quality Management System and Regulatory Affairs;
• Creating Quality and Regulatory Awareness level as determined within the organization;
• Supporting implementation of Quality Management System within the organization as applicable;
• Supporting Customer feedback handling Complaint handling as necessary;
• Reviewing and approving product/solution labeling and product/solution-related marketing communications;
• Reviewing of product regulatory documentation ensure these meet Market regulatory requirements

You are part of the Quality and Regulatory team within CEE. A team of passionate professionals who work on building proper awareness of the importance of quality and regulatory areas in the business.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• University Degree;
• Minimum 4-5 years of professional experience in Q&R field;
• Knowledge of Quality Management System and ISO 9001/ ISO 13485;
• Previous work experience in FMCG, Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical Industry, preferably in environment of larger, multinational organization;
• Awareness of Consumer and Cosmetic products is an advantage;
• Experience as Auditor would be and asset;
• Excellent communication skills with team work spirit;
• Fluent in English, verbal and written.
