Your Role and Responsibilities This is a hybrid role to cover both end to end recruitment and campus recruiting/branding.
Responsibilities:-
- Be the ambassador of IBM with the university partners, maintain effective connections with universities to attract talents and build pipeline for internship, new collar, consulting hiring etc.
- Support diversity hiring initiative & program
- In-charge of recruitment branding activities in all aspects include social media for early professional hire audience.
- Improve quality of hires by leverage multiple approaches to build up strong talent pipeline for early profession hires.
- Revamping the campus hiring program where necessary.
- Cover end to end recruitment on early professional hires such as intern, fresh graduate and less than 5 years experience talent
- Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for sourcing from different channels in the external market
- Own the overall candidate experience and make it a core element of your recruitment work
Required experience:-
- At least 2-3 years experience in campus recruiting and university relationship.
- Must be experience in managing internship program
- At least 2-3 years experience in end to end recruitment
- An enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
- Proven stakeholder management skills and have a consultative, solutions focus and be comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables.
- Ability to work autonomously within a process oriented environment
- Prioritize multiple functions, tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast paced, changing work environment
Required Technical and Professional Expertise - 2-4 years recruitment experience in both in-house and agency environment
- Able to provide innovative, creative solutions for the business
- Experience in niche skills hiring/ passive candidate sourcing / lead generation is highly desirable
- Ability to build strong networks internally and externally
