Position summary

Alliance Marketing - Risk & Financial Advisory (Enabling Senior Manager) As the Risk & Financial Advisory (R&FA) alliance marketer, you will be responsible for overseeing development and execution of an overarching integrated marketing strategy for R&FA alliances, working directly with the R&FA offering portfolios and Ecosystems & Alliances to identify and prioritize marketing campaigns to support long-term growth objectives for the business. You will drive integration across respective areas of the marketing organization including Green Dot Agency and Ecosystems & Alliances (E&A) Services to drive marketing awareness internally and externally. Work you’ll do
  • Lead development of an integrated marketing strategy for R&FA alliances that is aligned to the growth objectives for the business
  • Plan and deliver on marketing programs which build eminence for R&FA alliances to drive growth within targeted alliances
  • Develop positioning and messaging for R&FA alliances
  • Collaborate with R&FA alliance leaders and E&A alliance leaders on strategic priorities and provide clear messaging to deliver to market
  • Identify opportunities to incorporate R&FA alliance messaging into alliance communications and event strategies
  • Identify, lead and support the strategy and execution of events geared toward brand awareness, alliance knowledge transfer and lead generation including conferences, seminars, trade shows, regional events or roundtables and alliance sponsored events
  • Create and build internal communications that support R&FA alliance positioning within Deloitte. (intranet articles, broadcast emails, webinars, websites, etc.)
  • Define opportunities to scale capabilities over time and identify requirements to execute
  • Work closely with E&A alliance marketing team members to share best practices and leverage marketing program and initiatives; create a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Develops yearly marketing plan and executes plans on time and on budget

Together, they enable differentiated, innovative go-to-market solutions between our practice and alliance partners that bring quantified value to our clients and incremental revenue to the firm.

Qualifications:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 8+ years of experience of strategy and operations consulting experience, with a focus in marketing
  • Prior experience in defining growth strategies and mapping capabilities to support desired business objectives
  • Prior experience in advising senior-level executives to advance business priorities
  • Previous experience in managing and developing cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with integrating various technologies and tools to support marketing efforts
  • Up to 25% travel required

Preferred

  • Alliance Marketing experience

  • Strong negotiation and problem solving skills; flexibility and adaptability
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate seamlessly between local and remote teams
  • Demonstrable ability to think broadly and strategically, making connections across the business that enhance the R&FA brand and support sales in a measurable way
  • Ability to execute complex programs across a highly-matrixed environment, with an eye toward integration
  • Ability to pivot quickly to keep pace with fluid priorities; ability to manage multiple and complex priorities
