Work you’ll do As a Creative Technologist you will fulfill three main responsibilities within the domain of analytics and AI for government and public services:
- Objective 01: Collaborate with designers to co-design UX and operationally define related requirements
- Objective 02: Develop the front end from proof of concept through delivery to production environments
- Objective 03: Experiment with new interactive technologies to investigate future experiences of analytics and AI
In our practice you will:
• Serve as an integrator between human needs, organizational value, and technological feasibility
• Perform project tasks independently
• Facilitate and/or participate in design sprints and requirements gathering workshops
• Participate in or lead the development of UX
• Anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to client issues
• Review deliverables for accuracy and quality
• Contribute to new business proposals
• Manage own personal and professional development, seeking opportunities for expansion of developer skills

The Analytics & Cognitive team leverages the power of data, analytics, robotics, science and cognitive technologies to uncover hidden relationships from vast troves of data, generate insights, and inform decision-making. Together with the Strategy practice, our Strategy & Analytics portfolio helps clients transform their business by architecting organizational intelligence programs and differentiated strategies to win in their chosen markets. Analytics & Cognitive will work with our clients to:
Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in interaction design, computer science, human-computer interaction or related field
- 5+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
- Experience working independently with minimal guidance
- Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
- Portfolio that demonstrates a strong understanding of UX process and outcomes and the ability to enable those outcomes through code
- Proficiency with a three or more of the following front-end prototyping and production technologies, including, but not limited to: HTML, CSS, JS (node, react, etc.), Python, Angular and C++.
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
Preferred:
• Experience producing UX for analytics and AI
• Ability to transform static compositions into interactive prototypes utilizing one or more of the following tools: Marvel App, InVision, Adobe XD, etc.
• Ability to embed static compositions with animation utilizing one or more of the following: FRAMER.js, Principle, Adobe After Effects, etc.
• Cross-platform mobile/web development experience (iOS, Android, Windows Phone, webOS, Bootstrap, etc.)
