We are hiring a Vertical Marketing Advisor -Retail & Hospitality role for our Retail and Hospitality business. The position can be remote and anywhere in the U.S.

From tracking inventory and orders to product lookup, mobile payment and ordering capability, food safety and more. Our retail and hospitality solutions help create better customer experiences where it matters most — at the front line of our client's business.

In this role your primary purpose is to work in partnership with the Retail and Hospitality Sales Leads to develop go-to market strategies and drive demand through regional campaigns, execution of events, and build sales enablement tools. You will play an important part in planning, developing, and executing field marketing tactics including events and campaigns in line with an account-based marketing strategy. The Specialist will work closely with Sales, Product and Channel and Content Marketing teams to align marketing plans with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development of Local GTM Strategy along with sales leadership, including reputation, demand creation (including events & ABMs), plus sales enablement
  • Accountable for content and campaign development to align with top sales priorities in Retail and Hospitality market
  • Leverage multiple marketing functions, sales, business intelligence, strategy and services to support the achievement of the local sales target
  • Manage marketing support for key accounts across multiple routes to market
  • Build and nurture a customer reference pipeline in region
  • Support PR activities, in partnership with global comprehensive local GTM marketing plans
  • Manage the customer briefing program

Qualifications

  • A/BS degree required
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to think and act strategically and deliver operational Planning Alongside Sales leadership to balance the longer game with short term sales priorities
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work on a virtual team
  • Inquiry management & lead routing systems - CRM, PRM
  • Basic understanding of portfolio for effective local execution
  • Eloqua, or similar platform experience, for Sales - Email, Profiler, Discoverer
  • Event management experience
  • Budget and project management
  • Execution of demand programs
  • B to B Sales & Channel Experience Desired
