What we’re doing

The Analyze team helps customers get key insights from their survey results and drive meaningful change within their organizations. This team builds DIY data-analysis tools, AI-based automatic insight capabilities, benchmarking, data-visualization and story-telling features to turn survey results into action. Our customers rely on these tools to drive some of their most important work, but getting answers to questions is just the beginning. We’re working to enable deeper analysis by powering up our statistical analysis tools, data visualizations, and collaboration capabilities.

You’ll work on things like

• Crafting clear and concise test plans for new feature releases to help us break our apps before our users do
• Maintaining complex integration and build pipelines that support frequent production releases
• Finding new ways to integrate quality into a fast-moving development process
• Building frameworks and monitoring systems to evaluate our live production site for performance and correctness
• Refactoring and rethinking our existing test code-bases
• Guiding our global team through the boundaries of unit, integration, functional, and manual testing

About you

• To thrive in this role you'll need to be curious about hard problems and care about why you're solving them
• You communicate your assumptions and get clarification on tasks up front to keep everyone on the same page
• You apply new techniques in CI pipelines and environment virtualization to develop more effective automation frameworks
• You are comfortable working closely with other developers and product owners, iterating quickly to deliver solutions with quality in mind
• You're an expert in at least one high-level dynamic languages and you're excited to learn more (we use Python and Javascript)
• You're keen to share your knowledge, mentor your peers, and learn from your team
