Position Type: 12 Week Internship

THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Xactly University Intern, you will wear several hats to help implement, organize, and complete tasks for the XU team.

● Curriculum Outlines: you will partner with subject matter experts to organize, create, and complete outlines for training. You will write, edit, and recommend scripts and descriptions for curriculums, as well as use Adobe InDesign to help create and elevate training.

● XU Admin Duties: You will be responsible for data upload into the Xactly University’s LMS (Learning Management System). As well as help with day-to-day admin tasks for the XU team. You will organize and coordinate multiple projects at once and will collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Professional Services, Marketing, and Global Customer Support to create content to help guide users through Xactly’s suite of products.

● Xactly’s User Conference: You will help organize materials and guides needed for Xactly’s yearly user conference.

THE TEAM

Xactly’s Xactly University team is a fun and excited team with diverse backgrounds in training, support, sales, and overall educational services. We’re charged with teaching users with all different kinds of levels of sales compensations from brand new to the comp world to technical experts in SQL. Our team works together to ensure that our users and customers leave our classroom (in-house and virtual) feeling confident about using Xactly’s products.

● Ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once and complete projects on time.

● Experience in owning projects

● Ability to think outside the box

● Get your bearings and begin to build a strong foundation, upon which to grow

● Gain a strong understanding of Sales Performance Management space and the business challenges Xactly solves
