Overview
The Sales Marketing Manager – Performance will build an ad sales marketing and brand strategy for D2C and performance clients. This role will deliver on a strategy and vision for marketing the leading streaming TV platform.
The Role and Responsibilities
- Build an ambitious narrative and roadmap to engage senior marketers at D2C and performance advertisers on Roku.
- Be the expert in your vertical and own end-to-end positioning, roadmap and insights for key accounts.
- Raise the bar as liaison between Research, Sales, Product and more to implement vertical go-to-market stories, multi-million-dollar RFPs, and in-person pitches.
- Identify go-to-market, tentpole event and thought leadership opportunities that drive conversation with advertisers through big idea thinking.
- Attend vertical specific industry events as Roku ambassador to develop rapport and relationships with senior leaders.
Experience/Qualifications
- 10+ years’ of relevant experience in ad tech, media, and/or marketing.
- Deep expertise crafting unforgettable storytelling with data, text, illustration, and can self-edit.
- Eye for design and experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, preferred.
- Exceptional experience in building sales presentations from script to slide design in PowerPoint.
- Track record of measuring ROI and impact of marketing programs.
- Collaborative nature & track record of being an invaluable resource to sales teams.

- Bachelors degree or equivalent
