In addition, we partnered with SAP as a Certified Global Application Management Services (AMS) provider and a Certified SAP Global Hosting and Cloud Services provider.Our mission is to help clients reach their full efficiency with their HR Operations through the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors. You will be part of a team that will be developing and implementing new architectural solutions and leading.What would be your main responsibilities and activities?

• Participate in design / requirement workshops (System Demo’s, Design Document and Fit Gap Analysis)
• Create Functional Configuration movements from DEV to QAS and from QAS to PRD
• Integrate with External Systems – SAP or Non SAP
• Support Master Data Team for Functional Area
• Identify test scenarios and support UAT
• Execute cutover tasks and Provide Hypercare / Post Go Live Support

Experience we would be expecting in successful candidates.

• At least 5 years’ experience in similar roles.
• Knowledge in process flow and functionality mapping in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, PMGM, LMS, Recruitment, Compensation, On boarding)
• Having completed one or several end to end SuccessFactors implementations
• Prior background solution architecture
• Ability to manage own area of work independently and interact and communicate with the customer
• Background in managing a team and training people preferably within a process consulting environment it’s a plus
• Experience supporting business development activities.
• Availability to travel at least twice per month to locations like the Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany, among others
