HR Transformation has three key areas of focus across the Human Resources organization: supporting ongoing transformation efforts, shepherding employee engagement and fostering a vibrant, high-performance culture, and facilitating strategic alignment and prioritization to deliver scale, efficiency and effectiveness.
As a Specialist, HR Transformation Enablement, you will play a key role in:
- Translating the HR strategy so leaders and team members understand and are equipped to fulfill the strategy
- Building change agility to accelerate HR transformation efforts
- Tracking and sharing progress and performance to keep the HR organization informed
- Helping leaders articulate the value of HR to business leaders and key partners
- Enabling improvements in engagement, performance and retention within HR.
What you’re good at
- Managing projects and activities including the creation of presentations, meetings, reports, brochures and announcements
- Collaborating on the development of engagement programs and activities
- Ensuring the timely coordination and planning of specific strategic initiatives to promote understanding and business execution
- Partnering closely with internal teams to maintain planning calendars, tools and processes for streamlined execution of projects and strategies
- Coordinating project activities that may require interdepartmental meetings and communication
- Supporting change management and communications practices to support continued HR transformation
What you have
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Solid attention to detail
- Experience coordinating projects and initiatives
- Excellent PowerPoint skills with the ability to design and create presentations from scratch
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Sharepoint experience preferred
- Strong analytical and organizational skills along with the ability to multitask
- 2 years of experience in HR, communications or project management
