We welcome you to join Philips Image Guided Therapy (IGT) Systems as a Digital Marketing Coordinator in our San Diego, CA location.

We help healthcare providers to decide, guide, treat and confirm the right care in real time during the procedure to enable better outcomes for each patient and at population level.

As the Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will lead the development and implementation of integrated digital and marketing strategies, plans and tactics to support the goals of the Philips Image Guided Therapy Devices business.

You will drive B2B demand, lead generation, market positioning, brand awareness, thought-leadership and overall performance of digital marketing channels through both the optimization of communication and development of a creative and innovative digital strategy.

US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. Candidates need to live within commuting distance to the San Diego location.

Your Responsibilities

• Contribute to digital marketing strategy development and execution to support marketing and business objectives by aligning closely with digital and marketing communications managers.
• Coordinate with marcom, digital, internal communication, PR, and creative teammates to achieve our business objectives through various tactics including email, webpages, social media, media campaigns, etc.
• Oversee the implementation and optimizations of various digital campaign which includes the creation of a marketing calendar and briefings while tracking the delivery of created assets.
• Manage website updates, focusing on optimizing for search and user experience, with marcom and digital services teammates.
• Set clear KPIs, analyze data, and proposals of digital campaigns for improvement of the consumer decision journey.
• Interface with the marketing team to coordinate relevant BCD functions such as SEO, CRM, analytics, social, and global activation teams.
• Manage external vendors and related contracts to support digital marketing and internal communications activities.
• Other duties assigned as needed.

You are part of

The Marketing Communications team and reports to the Digital Marketing Manager in the Image Guided Therapy Devices business within Philips Healthcare. You will partner closely with other business segment Marketing Communications Managers, to ensure consistency of messaging, content and delivery.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in communications-related field
• 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing
• Excellent communicator, comfortable to manage a vast array of internal and external stakeholders
• Pro-active, solution oriented, with very good organizational skills
• High analytical, able to challenge factually
• Collaborative, inclusive spirit
• Ability to work within a matrixed environment balancing needs of multiple partners (experience in large corporation preferred)
• International experience; cultural sensitivity
• Fluent in English
• Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time for sales meetings, tradeshows and summits/workshops
