We are looking for an internal communications manager to shape and execute all communications internally within Accruent. This role will include light editing of videos, writing communications, creating presentations, and leading message development to reach the global organization.

This position reports directly to the Senior Manager, Brand & Content and will be located in Accruent’s Corporate Headquarters in Austin, Texas.

How you'll make a difference:

• Create and execute on cross-functional internal communications calendar and strategy that focuses on an optimal mix of engagement vehicles
• Monitor and act on data and analytics of employee viewership and engagement with content, and survey teams to ensure the effectiveness of communications
• Track progress of communications, report on the ROI of the program, and make enhancement recommendations
• Manage executive communications, and presentation creation for large speaking engagements and key message development for internal videos
• Partner closely with the people teams, marketing content team, and all cross-functional groups to create highly impactful messaging
• Plan and manage company-wide all-hands meetings

What you bring to the table:

• BA/BS in Journalism, Marketing, Communications and or technical program management is preferred
• Two years proven prior experience in writing, social media or communications
• Global experience preferred
• Exceptional messaging, writing, presentation, and communications skills
• PowerPoint and video editing proficiency
• Ability to manage multiple communication projects simultaneously
• Ability to translate ideas into clear, high impact communications
• Business maturity and confidentiality when working with senior business leaders
• Preferred skills/experience:
  • Global experience preferred
