Operations Assistant Manager – Hess Tower

Summary:

The Assistant Manager will support the Operations Manager in running the daily operations of the Hess Tower Office Services and Conference Center team.

Responsibilities:

Direct daily work assignments and schedule coverage

Drive safety activities and encourage safety culture

Ensure safety, operational, corporate, and client policies and procedures are followed

Assist with customer inquiries and concerns

Manage work order ticket system (iOffice) & shared email boxes – assign, update, follow up

Provide coverage of staff duties when necessary

Maintain SOP documents & uphold standards

Coordinate cross-training for all service areas

Support staff development plans and recognition program

Document, enforce, and follow up on disciplinary actions

Assist with payroll review and approval

Support Aramark financial functions; weekly & monthly reporting and projections

Expectations:

Gain full understanding of all Aramark roles to support and build strong relationships with the team

Development of deep client understanding

Above-average knowledge of all systems and programs

Financial acumen

Ownership of work ticket management process

Assist in improving processes and efficiency

Leadership in staff development, recognition, and performance management

Accurate and timely reporting and documentation

Exceptional customer service

Integrity and respect

Qualifications

  • Requires at least 2 years experience and 0-2 years in a management role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
