This is a full-time position based at the Visible headquarters in Denver, CO, where you will collaborate with team members across functions as well as our executive team.

Visible Operations has identified a need for an individual who can drive all dashboarding and reporting needs for the care team. This person will play a key role in tracking the Care experience for our internal and external teams by visualizing contact trends, KPIs, agent performance, and other metrics, as well as assisting with additional ad hoc analytics requests. Ultimately, the dashboards and reports created by this employee will help drive operational efficiency, identify areas of opportunity for our BPO partners, and share performance across the business. He/she will need to be able to derive actionable insights from data, and partner with all care functions to provide data visibility across the care/member experience.

• Creating, automating, and maintaining care dashboards and reporting using SQL, Tableau, and Einstein Analytics which will be consumed by executive team, senior leadership, and care team to drive strategic decision making and performance improvements.
• All analytic findings will need to be reported and visualized to communicate findings.
• Assisting with ad hoc analytic projects using SQL, R, and/or Excel to identify opportunities to elevate customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Ensuring data points are included in data warehouse, especially as new product features are released.
• Performing variance data reanalysis on a regular basis to ensure the accuracy of our dashboards matches data store in Hadoop / Teradata.
• Fulfill ad hoc data requests for product owners across the business.
• Quantifying impact of defect fixes, providing data for executive/senior leadership presentations.

What we’re looking for...

You will need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or four years work experience.
• Three or more years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of SQL, Excel, Tableau and other dashboarding software.

Even better if you have:

• Data visualization skills.
• Experience with Einstein Analytics.
• Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally, as well as to senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable with fast-paced environments and rapidly changing priorities.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
