Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
- Responsible for defined work and projects for a set group of assigned customers to meet day-to-day objectives and resolve issues through immediate action and planning
- Daily coordination and management of engines through GE Caledonian and XEOS facilities providing regular status updates to customers
- Resolution of issues related to shop processes.
- Represent customers at applicable planning meetings and communicate status updates to customers
- Providing cost estimates for Time & Material contract customers
- Ensure accuracy of incoming and outgoing documentation including shipping, invoicing, and finance systems.
- Responding to customer queries and concerns in a timely manner
- Provide ad-hoc support to CPM’s where required
- Administer Lufthansa Shop Maintenance Cost Guarantee (SMCG) in conjunction with CSM
- Significant travel to support customer reviews.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Degree level preferred from an accredited university or college
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Proficient in using SAP
- Sound business acumen
- Ability to effectively interface with all levels of internal and external customers
- Knowledge of maintenance operations and external customer requirements
- Capable of preparing, coordinating and maintaining accurate detailed documentation necessary for contract performance
- Ability to perform forecasting, scheduling, pricing, warranty administration and other related activity
