Job Summary

As Operations Program Manager you are part of the NetApp Indirect Procurement (IP) team responsible for managing and supporting P operational processes, tools/technology, reporting/analytics and data management. To be successful in this role the ability to collaborate, build consensus and alignment will be critical as you work with internal and external stakeholders to build and implement the operational functional strategies that serve Indirect Procurement Group’s growing needs. As well you must have excellent communication and facilitation skills, problem solving skills and be a motivated self-starter.

Essential Functions:

  • Compliance Survey program management
  • Diversity Reporting program management
  • Buying Catalog program management (tactical administration, testing, expansion planning)
  • Balanced Scorecard management (creation, administration, reporting)
  • SPOC for responding to NetApp Internal Audit process findings (including needed data cleanup)
  • Operations Process and Policy governance and streamlining
  • Program management for Conflict Mineral program
  • Support for Supply Chain Risk program
  • Support for Chatbots
  • Partner to help implement IT enhancements
Job Requirements
  • Experience in overall procurement process cycle (analyze, develop, go-to market, contract, buy, manage)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; including process documentation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, task and project management, and organizational skills.
  • Strong technical background with advanced personal computer skills including: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.
  • Understanding of procurement tools including Ariba Sourcing, Contracting, Procurement Content, P2O, Oracle iProcurement, Tableau (Working knowledge of Ariba applications a plus)
  • Tools and Technology savvy, passion to learn new business tools how they are used and can be improved
  • Standard working hours will be 2:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. IST; requires flexibility in working earlier and later hours some days due to Global nature of the position.
Education
  • A minimum of 5 years of applicable experience is required.
  • Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Work experience within a operational department with high transaction volumes; (e.g. Procurement, Finance, IT, Helpdesk/customer service preferred).
