What is Retail Media? Criteo Retail Media allows ecommerce sites to generate advertising revenues from consumer brands and sellers. Brands and Sellers have theirs ad displayed at the end of the customer journey, close to the actual sale. They can tap into the retailers audiences and digital properties to carry personalized messages that are relevant to the shopper
What will you be doing ? We are seeking an Account Manager within Criteo’s new Retail Media team · Provide superior customer service by ensuring the quality and level of support meets or exceeds the customers' expectations. · Assume responsibility for all customer questions and requests; communicate status and Expectations, and escalate as needed. · Take on responsibility for the ongoing account management of campaigns via media agencies and clients directly. · Build strong relationships by providing stellar service. · Work closely with sales people to understand client needs and campaign objectives. · Responsible for campaign launch and ongoing optimisations. · Hold weekly standing calls with brands and agencies to ensure deliverables are being met and client feedback is understood. · Reation of PCAs (Post Campaign Analysis) with strong data visualization and thoughtful bespoke insights. · Work cross-functionally with Analytics and Ad Operations teams to ensure best possible client service and campaign execution. · Serve as internal escalation point for any operational issues. · Liaise with sales team and the wider organisation. · Product expert in the eyes of our customers. · Provide feedback on how to make the product better based on day-to-day client and UI interactions management of all post sale client relationships and campaign management, including existing business growth.
What do we require from you ? · experience providing top notch customer service at a media owner / ad technology business · Knowledge of online wider ad technology (some understanding/interest in ecommerce is beneficial) · Ability to ‘read’ the data and create interesting insights for customers. · Strong initiative and ability to plan and prioritize work efficiently, multi-task, and work well under pressure with minimal direction. · Strong verbal and written communication skills · Outstanding level of English Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively. · Have a “can-do” positive attitude Criteo, the global leader in scalable personalized retargeting solutions, is growing their Operation team and looking for aggressive and motivated professionals with varying levels of experience to be an integral part of our continued success.
