Perficient currently has a career opportunity for an Asocciate Marketing Coordinator in our St. Louis, MO office.

The Associate Marketing Coordinator role will be on our Marketing Data Team. This position is a fit for a marketing professional looking to grow his or her experience in marketing analytics, supporting and interacting with all levels of the marketing and sales teams. The role includes management and enhancement of the quality of our marketing prospect and lead data, removing erroneous contacts and, where appropriate, augmenting the database through web research and leveraging third-party tools. This person will also configure and share reports on data as requested.

• Perform targeted account research, data population, and data cleansing leveraging web research and third party tools.
• Improve the data about leads generated by our marketing activities, which include events, webinars and digital marketing campaigns. Ensure this data is correctly loaded and tagged with the right account and campaign in our marketing automation and CRM system.
• Evaluate and triage prospects that engage with our marketing activities.
• Provide sales teams with account research and account history (contacts, marketing campaign engagement history, poll data, and other account intelligence) as requested.
• Assist in developing monthly and quarterly reports on marketing data performance and analysis.
• Contribute to the assessment of new tools to improve the accuracy and efficiency of our existing processes.

Qualifications

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Excel (most importantly), as well as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Web-tools and web-research-savvy. Experience leveraging B2B research tools such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo and similar tools a strong plus.
• Basic understanding of Google Analytics and Data Studio
• Basic understanding of content or email marketing platforms

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Experience using a Marketing Automation and/or CRM solution is a plus.
• Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
• Experience in a B2B industry is a plus.
