Twilio Foundry is a business consulting practice developed by Twilio communications and CX experts to help companies identify opportunities, validate designs, and build solutions for communications excellence. We help businesses develop, prove the value of, and implement a strategic point of view on how to engage customers within their category.
The complexity of CX purchases requires stakeholders from multiple parts of the business to gather business and functional requirements. The impact to customer experiences in a way that aligns to the digital transformation strategy requires a critical understanding of various business disciplines for positive results. Larger enterprises need not only partners that can help them modernize the customer engagement but they need trusted advisors that have domain expertise to help them prioritize the projects to reach the strategic plan.
Enterprise clients that have complex business processes and global presence have stakeholders that span both horizontally and vertically in the organization. Typical resources that are key in delivering the digital transformation strategy are e-suite stakeholders, enterprise architects, business unit leaders, risk teams, and business analysts to name a few.
Twilio has transformed and enabled a myriad of businesses in every vertical to modernize and disrupt how businesses engage with their customers. Businesses are now interested in gaining insight and recommendations specific to them from a Twilio perspective and advise them on how to transform for the digital economy.
This role would be responsible for global delivery of relevant Twilio use cases that collectively deliver a digital transformation blueprint to the top strategic and enterprise accounts.

What?
The Business Consulting team has 4 main goals that would be delivered through a retainer fee model per use case or per transformation project:
Engage with qualified customers to deliver an opinionated, researched, prescriptive view of how to modernize their engagements. Delivering recommendations and opinions to C-Suite executives require trust, evidence, return on investment, and impact to their digital transformation strategy.
Step 1: Discovery workshop - Curate, document, and catalog the technical tools used to deliver the customer engagements, map current customer journey experiences, interview stakeholders for planning milestones, client’s consumer personas to present a current state analysis
Step 2: Hypothesis workshop - Using findings and use case definitions, deliver white space analysis workshop to go obtain future state of their customer engagements. This is a mutually agreed upon DX blueprint of the future customer engagement state with supporting evidence and expected level of effort
Step 3: Enablement and milestone Report - Analysis findings of how to deliver the scoped DX blueprint that is culturally appropriate and in the timeframe acceptable by client. This includes mapping of the resources needed to educate, develop, scale, and operational delivery.
