What you’ll be doing...

RF & System Performance Engineer for the ILWI In-Building team:

• Designing and implementing 5G in-building distributed antenna systems (DAS) and DRAN systems.
• Running FOA/GAs for the newest5G (mmWave) DAS products.
• Testing and commissioning traditional wireless DAS solutions.
• Surveying sites, pre-walk SOW document creation, bid walks, and vendor management.
• Analysing area capacity for potential DAS solutions.
• Testing CW, link Budget analysis, and other related telecom functions.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

• A Bachelor's degree or four of more years of work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant work experience.
• A valid Driver's license.
• Willingness to travel.

Even better if you have:

• A degree.
• IBWave experience or IBWave certifications.
• Ability to manage vendors and suppliers.
• Experience in Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) and other wireless systems and solutions.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of propagation modeling data collection and testing software and tools.
• Basic understanding of fiber optic infrastructures and networking concepts.
• Experience designing 5G (mmWave)networks.
