Our Exciting Opportunity:

We are now looking for a Support Engineer that will provide technical service and support to our customers. In this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve problems to stabilize and optimize customer networks. In this role, you will configure and integrate different nodes and solutions in new and live customer networks.

You will:

The Support Engineer typically interacts with customer technical staff, operation managers, service engineers, and other groups within the Service Delivery organization. You may also interact with groups in sales, R&D, 3rd party suppliers, and local authorities. As there are no distinct borders between the areas, you will need to be flexible and master more than one area.

You are expected to travel internationally and work in different cultural environments. The technical development is rapid, and you are responsible for continuously keeping your competence and skills up to date. Working as a support engineer will require a broad knowledge within telecom and Datacom, covering both hardware, software, and network knowledge. You will work, collaborate, and communicate in an international environment, both with colleagues internally as well as customers and suppliers to Ericsson. The role more than often will require you to take on huge responsibilities and it is important that you can work independently.

To be successful in the role, you must have:

  • Customer Issue handling
  • Handling of dedicated support
  • Software Update Management (SUM) handling
  • Remote Service Gateway (RSG) mentoring

Must have a general knowledge of the following:

  • Strong IP Networking knowledge, routing protocols, vLAN,LAG,VRRP,Juniper,Cisco (ASR “9X”, Pluribus switches, A10 Networks (CGNAT), DNS.
  • Strong Cloud Solutions knowledge:
  • Domain experience: Cloud and UNICA (CEE,SDN, HDS/SDI,NFVi, ECM, VMware, VNFs)
  • Data Center, Know HP, Dell servers
  • Openstack (Mirantis/Red Hat).
  • Strong Linux Knowledge
  • Nexenta Storage basic knowledge

You might also have:

  • Preferably Ericsson Products knowledge:
  • HDS/SDI (HW)
  • CEE (Hypervisor/Virtualization)
  • SDN (Networking)
  • ECM/EO (Orchestration)
  • Ericsson Cloud Manager (ECM)
  • Linux/KVM
  • Firewall (FW) (F5)
  • Load Balancer (LB)
  • Phyton Programming (Basic)
  • LDAP knowledge
  • Scripting knowledge

Additional desirable experience:

  • Any of the following certifications: CLOUD, CISCO, VMware, Mirantis, Openstack
  • Domain Name Service (DNS)
  • Centralized Log Management Platform (CLMP)
  • UNICA Infra Monitor (UIM)
  • Backup & Recovery (B&R)
  • Storage

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un ingénieur support qui fournira le service technique et l’assistance à nos clients. À ce poste, vous dépannerez et résoudrez les problèmes pour stabiliser et optimiser les réseaux des clients. Vous configurerez et intégrerez différents nœuds et solutions dans des réseaux clients nouveaux comme existants.

Vos tâches :

L'ingénieur support interagit généralement avec le personnel technique du client, les responsables des opérations, les techniciens de maintenance et d'autres personnes au sein du service responsable de la prestation des services. Vous pourrez également interagir avec des groupes des services commerciaux, de R&D, des fournisseurs tiers et les autorités locales. Étant donné l’absence de frontières strictes entre les différents domaines, vous devrez être flexible et maîtriser plus d'un domaine.

Vous devrez voyager à l'étranger et travailler dans différents environnements culturels. Le développement technique est rapide et vous serez devrez maintenir en permanence vos compétences et vos connaissances à jour. Le poste d’ingénieur support nécessite de solides connaissances en matière de télécommunications et de communication de données, couvrant aussi bien le matériel que le logiciel et les réseaux. Vous travaillerez, collaborerez et communiquerez dans un environnement international, tant avec des collègues en interne qu'avec des clients et des fournisseurs d'Ericsson. Ce poste nécessitera de prendre très souvent d’importantes responsabilités et il est important que vous soyez capable de travailler de manière indépendante.

Pour ce poste, vous devez posséder :

  • Gestion des problèmes des clients
  • Gestion du service d’assistance technique dédié
  • Gestion de la mise à jour logicielle (SUM)
  • Encadrement de la passerelle de service à distance (Remote Service Gateway - RSG)

Connaissances générales requises dans les domaines suivants :

  • Solides connaissances des réseaux IP, protocoles de routage, vLAN, LAG, VRRP, Juniper, Cisco (ASR “9X”, commutateurs Pluribus, réseaux A10 (CGNAT), DNS.
  • Solides connaissances en matière de cloud :
  • Domaine d’expérience : Cloud et UNICA (CEE,SDN, HDS/SDI,NFVi, ECM, VMware, VNF)
  • Data Center, connaissance de HP, serveurs Dell
  • Openstack (Mirantis/Red Hat).
  • Solides connaissances de Linux
  • Connaissances de base du stockage Nexenta

Seraient un plus :

  • Connaissances préférables des produits Ericsson :
  • HDS/SDI (Matériel)

  • SDN (Réseautage)
