Each one of our teams exists to move us closer to our north star -- “to empower the people who power the world.” The Sourcing Operations team at RigUp is responsible for matching supply and demand across people and service (ie: recruiting). Through categorical expertise, we are responsible for implementing technical solutions to match the unique needs of our customers: these range from traditional sourcing needs to workforce management to on-demand services. RigUp is hiring a National Sourcing Manager at Trades Masters, a Dallas-based construction staffing company. Finding high-paying jobs for high-skilled workers is what motivates us. We’re looking for someone to lead a team that is dedicated to understanding our customer’s recruiting requests and executing on these in a timely manner. We’re looking for someone to lead a quickly growing sourcing team comprised of individuals who are passionate about building meaningful relationships with people on the job site, specifically hiring managers who engage RigUp for their sourcing needs. What you'll be doing:

    • Managing a field team of 50+ people spread across 20+ markets
    • Adapting sourcing processes along with other sourcing leaders
    • Ensuring adequate headcount of sourcing personnel in all field markets during business hours. This includes weekly scheduling and hiring and training new staff as needed.
    • Working with the Sr. Manager of Growth to plan upcoming office openings.
    • Improving work order fill rate.
    • Fulfill end-to-end recruiting requests from buyers in the construction space.
    • Understand nuanced requests, setting expectations with buyers and then delivering on those expectations.
    • Speak the language of the construction site; able to convey market trends & industry insights
    • Manage a team while optimizing the workflow (ie - doing intake calls with buyers, ensuring speed and quality when delivering candidates, marketing RigUp’s capabilities to full potential, gathering feedback and tweaking our processes accordingly, etc)
    • Ensure buyers return for repeat business and maintain a steady flow of new business
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline the overall customer experience

What you should have:

    • A passion for fulfilling client’s sourcing requests which can include: understanding buyer needs, presenting candidates to buyers in a meaningful way and ensuring an overall smooth hiring process.
    • Willing and able to travel 50%
    • Experience managing & developing others
    • Ability to hold team members accountable and implement process improvements
    • 4-6 years experience managing customer facing teams (e.g., client solutions, recruiting, sales, support, success, etc.)
    • Knowledge of Construction, O&G or other related industries.
    • You have a ‘can do’ attitude and are willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done
    • You are an entrepreneur at heart and are willing to wear whatever hat the business requires
    • Able to prioritize a multitude of tasks with varying deadlines
    • The phone is your friend - you embrace maintaining relationships through texting, (cold) calling, and being available at odd hours to serve your expansive client base
    • You are results-driven, seeking to fulfill on customer requests 100% of the time
    • You thrive in relationship-based roles, and you approach your internal, cross-functional activities with the same rigor as you serve your customers
    • You are a team player and will prioritize business objectives over personal goals
