Senior Project Manager- Brand, Creative and Marketing

Job Description

Mission

• Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization. Manage key programs and projects to support the strategic direction of the organization.
• Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project.

Outcomes

• Coordinate with the Brand Creative Director to help build out the Brand Creative team
• Coordinating projects and their interdependencies
• Managing stakeholders’ relationship and communications - work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales & CS to execute on Brand projects
• Planning the overall program and monitoring the progress, managing program’s budget and internal and external resources
• Daily program management for Brand programs and projects throughout their lifecycle
• Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements
• Reduce administrative output through improving existing tools, processes and or documentation within and between internal teams
• Responsible for the successful completion and delivery of the projects

Competencies

• 10+ years of experience in project management; Have experience driving complex cross-functional projects at deeply technical software companies
• Can communicate with audiences of varying technical capabilities
• Strong analytical skills, with excellent problem-solving abilities in the face of ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Expert in relationship management.
• Entrepreneurial, "can do" attitude, ability, and willingness to make an impact in a start-up organization.
• Excellent knowledge and handling of project and program management methodology and techniques
• Good understanding of the wider objectives of the program
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures
• The ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems
