Introduction

As a Security Consultant, you will be a key advisor for IBM’s clients, analyzing business requirements to design and implement the best security solutions for their needs. You will apply your technical skills to find the balance between enabling and securing the client's organization with the cognitive solutions that are making IBM the fastest growing enterprise security business in the world.
Your Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for talented and highly motivated Consulting Executives to join and grow Security Services Business Unit in LA. As Security Services Associate Partner, you will:
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams (and some multi-dimension companies: ie conglomerates), working with CEO’s and the broader C
Suite to define how new technologies can enable disruptive strategies and build business value;
- Help our clients rethink their business by guiding them through the ideation process, re-imagine their role in the industry as well as show them how to use digital and security to protect and expand their core business;
- Articulate and formulate solutions for proposals and statements of work that align to the client needs;
- Define scope for client engagements and develop the basis for estimates;
- Drive delivery excellence, portfolio governance, insight reporting and overall program quality;
- Build relationships with business leaders internally as well as externally.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Solid track record in management consulting, security consulting or top management technology;
Consulting in a top tier professional services firms or similar experience;
Experienced navigating across multiple management layers in large programs or projects related to core domains;
Experienced working across diverse teams to solve unstructured problems and facilitate solutions;
Experience working with security, risk or compliance practitioners;
Experience with comprehesive security oriented business transformation projects.
