Must work/be available to work a minimum of 2 shifts for each 4 week schedule

Must work/be available to work 1 major and 1 minor holiday shift annually

As an Associate with St. Vincent's HealthCare-FL, you will have the opportunity to provide distributive pharmacy services and technical support for the pharmacist.

Responsibilities:

• Refills and maintains automated dispensing systems
• Prepares orders and maintains inventory for the pharmacy department
• Repackages bulk medications
• Receives and stores incoming supplies
• Serves as liaison between pharmacy, patient and health professional by providing information as necessary
• Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required
• Minimum of 6 months recent experience in hospital acute care

Preferred Qualifications:

• Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the Florida Board of Pharmacy
• 1-2 years of Pharmacy Tech experience
• Hospital experience
