Job Description

Main purpose of the job:

Defines the strategy and executes in-store and out of store demonstrations/SDA assistant program across all categories and channels in CR, SK. Manages shop floor staff education and motivation program across all categories and channels in CR, SK. Coordinates all trade/customer events in CR, SK.

Commercializes marketing plans at account/channel level. Supports execution at POS (production and evaluation of online/offline POSmaterials).

Main tasks in the job:

  • Develops in-store demonstration plan based on defined priorities, MM/TSM activation plans and KAM account plans
  • Plans and ensures execution of training programs for promoters/SDA assistants
  • Aligns in-store demonstration plan with Accounts, direct contact with Marketing department
  • Ensures and manages proper execution of the demonstrations on store level
  • Sets, tracks and evaluates KPIs for all key in-store demonstrations in line with campaign KPIs
  • Evaluates the ROI on key promotions and implements improvements in the future plans
  • Tracks best practices and space for improvement for the future plans
  • Negotiates with agencies
  • Builds customer knowledge
  • Building Shopper knowledge within organization: based on face-to-face communication with shopper during demonstrations
  • Develops account level detail shop floor staff (SFS) education and motivation program
  • Ensures SFS at all key stores are properly trained
  • Ensures key product launches/new listed products are presented/demonstrated to SFS
  • Coordinates and executes centralized product trainings when needed
  • Coordinates all trade events defined by MT (buyers event, IFA, Philips Days, ...)
  • Coordinates all customer events aligned with TSMM/KAM (customer trade fair, opening of the new store, ...)
  • Manages a budget for in-store activation, trainings, motivation programs, events
  • Supports productions of POS materials and evaluates their efficiency

Education and knowledge requirements:

  • University level education
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Trade Shopper Marketing and/or Sales Account role
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiations skills
  • English language knowledge and skill
