In this role, you have the opportunity to.

handle day to day order management and sales operations activities directed by the LATAM Sales and Service Operations Manager. You will report to PHCIS COS Manager and have a dotted line to the LATAM Sales and Service Operations Manager.

You are responsible for

• Managing sales orders to ensure that the customer receives the ordered goods in the right time and on the right place.
• Checks data like code number and description at receipt of the order. Discusses ambiguities with the planner or asks the sales organizations for clarifications.
• Adds data, enters order into the computer system for determining the delivery date and generates delivery order.
• Determines this for large orders in consultation with Marketing.
• Confirms the order to the customer and informs him about the delivery date.
• Receives monthly sales information regarding sales and stock levels.
• Determines on the basis of previous data and expectations whether significant deviations will occur.
• Reports monthly on order receipt, delivery and inventory. Receives requests for product returns.
• Calculates the return costs. Checks consequences for stock levels.
• Handles requests in accordance with procedure.

You are a part of

Our order management team for Healthcare Informatics in Guadalajara, centralizing operations from Latam in our Business Operation Center and helping the transition to the new SAP environment @ Philips.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Bachelor's degree in administration or similar career.
• Prior experience working in an order management team.
• Experience working with SAP order management modules (Carestream modules are desired)
• Proficient Excel skills
• Detail oriented and team work skills are key for this role.
• Fluent English and spanish are a must. Portuguese is a plus.
• Understanding this is a fixed term contract.

This role is located in Guadalajara, Mexico.

This position is a contract with a definite end date with Philips.
