Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As an integral member of the radio station’s administrative support staff, the Receptionist position requires an outgoing personality and professional but friendly demeanor, with the ability to be flexible and multi-task in a busy atmosphere.

General Office Duties

• Answer phone for the Odessa office Must be able handle multiple incoming calls at one time
• Maintain supply room including ordering supplies, organize and keep tidy
• Maintain Kitchen including ordering food, stocking fridge, organize and keep tidy
• Open, Scan and distribute Mail to appropriate departments and associates
• Keep track of daily on air interviews for Public File
• Order office supplies
• Post daily deposits
• File, organize and maintain file room
• Calendar management: scheduling meetings, conference calls, etc.
• Update contacts in outlook
• Additional projects and responsibilities added as needed
• Post daily blogs

Monthly Projects

• Monthly invoicing
• Monthly Issue and Program reports
• Help coordinate Live Events with DOS

SUGGESTED QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION:

• Team-oriented
• Excellent computer, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision
