Our exciting opportunity:
The ASR (Account Supply Responsible) will be a member of the North American Supply Center team. In this role, they will be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring our overall supply chain strategy to maximize the customer experience with delivery of Ericsson products. Externally, you will work with customers and suppliers. Internally, you will work with the entire Ericsson network, including customer units, network build teams and production teams located in several countries
You will:
• Manage the supply chain for T Mobile regional demand
• Communicate T-Mobile customer demand to meet project demands and reporting
• Facilitate the resolution of supply challenges with the various stakeholders and organizations
• Collaborate with other Supply Center teams to meet customer and Ericsson targets
• Drive the quality improvement activities for packaging and delivery to the T-Mobile warehouse
• Work in a high energy, highly matrix organization
To be successful in the role, you will have:
• The ability to manage the E2E customer interface and communication of supply
• Demonstrated leadership skills to facilitate the planning and implementation of the supply chain strategy
• Organizational and priority setting skills
• The ability to articulate new ideas and win support for implementation
• Collaborative skills to work with finance, sales, and supply teams to ensure forecast and execution alignment
• Supply chain experience to manage multiple supply chains optimizing Ericsson resources and to determine key supply chain KPIs to measure performance
• Decision making skills to identify process constraints, implement solutions and drive process and reporting solutions to streamline the supply chain
Key qualifications:
• Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience
• Previous working experience in supply chain management for 7+ years
• Hands on experience:
o Supply chain management software (SAP, APO Modules, etc.)
o Advanced Excel and SQL, Tableau experience
• Supply chain and Supply process knowledge
• Strong analytical and statistical capabilities to manage supply challenges
• Soft skills to negotiate and build relationships (Internal and with the customer)
