We invite you to join us for the position of Global Account Delivery Manager which is a direct client contact position responsible for leading delivery of all high value and in- scope contracted services across all involved service delivery towers ensuring that performance goals and cost commitments are met. In this position your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Develop and nurture senior management relationships with the customer.
  • Own customer operational relationship in order to develop and nurture to excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Understand customer at local, country, region and worldwide level to analyze delivery requirements and contribute to customer strategic business plan.
  • Develop strategies and processes focusing on performance metrics and measure, escalation change management and communication.
  • Own cost target commitments for all service delivery requirements developing, implementing and monitoring expense controls.
  • Develop and lead Account Service Team (AST) and all delivery organizations to timely, cost effective delivery of compliance to Service Level Agreements (SLA) requirements identifying and recommending optimization.
  • Lead and provide managerial & technical expertise to cross functional team including 3rd party vendors to ensure performance goals are met for all in scope services across all towers while identifying and analyzing gaps to develop and implement corrective actions plans.
  • Manage and develop Account Service Delivery Plan.
  • Assure compliance with the company and customer's HR, PR, legal, financial, ethics and government related policies, strategies, and processes.

Requirements:

  • First Level University Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Typically 4+ years relevant business experience.
  • Ability to build & manage strong customer relationship at the senior level.
  • Strong influence & negotiation skill.
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written & presentation.
  • Ability to apply business management, financial concepts & contracts knowledge to analyze business needs and develop recommendations.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Industry sector knowledge and experience in Information Technology Service Management is desired.
  • Ability to handle crisis, conflict and risk management.
  • Important: Global Account Delivery Manager will be required to work partially at Client's site in Kraków (2-3 days per week).
