Major Areas of Responsibility:

  • Manage and maintain SOX and other compliance / risk efforts across the various instances of Salesforce.com and order management systems
  • Work closely with partners across the organization to ensure their respective portions of our compliance / risk controls are successfully met and documented on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Partner with Chief Product Owners to help in defining requirements for role / access changes to keep these aligned with our greater compliance and security requirements
  • Support User Acceptance Testing efforts in providing the needed documentation, test scripts, and signoff for compliance purposes
  • Manage system access initiatives including roles and authorizations for users to ensure alignment to wider Thomson Reuters policies on risk, security and controls
  • Proactively manage and govern adherence to the global control framework across the end-to-end solution for any regulatory and statutory controls required locally
  • Look for ways to drive on-going efficiency in the controls and compliance space while maintaining a high degree of excellence in our processes
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Four year degree in business or marketing required
  • Minimum 4 years CRM experience with 3+ years Enterprise project management and organizational skills
  • Previous supervisory experience highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of SOX and compliance processes
  • Proficiency in handling complex projects in a multi-tasking environment, meeting deadlines and interacting with individuals at all levels within the organization
  • Ability to lead and influence others based on business acumen and analytical knowledge
  • Demonstrated ability to network / lead various cross-functional resources in completing various projects. Experience in working with external vendors / experts in completing different intiatives.
  • Proven ability to achieve results and meet critical deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills (written, oral, presentation)
  • Excellent planning and organization skills
  • Exceptional analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills
  • High level of initiative, with ability to work independently and lead/participate as part of a cross-team group
  • Ability to travel approximately 5% of the time
