Job summary

The Red Hat Marketing team is looking for a talented, self-directed Marketing Manager to guide global demand with our Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partner ecosystem. In this role, you will need to have a solid record of successfully delivering effective digital marketing campaigns that tie to measurable business results. You will be responsible for guiding end customer demand campaigns with a select set of partners and support various initiatives to activate and evangelize the Red Hat partner ecosystem. You’ll work closely with Red Hat’s sales leaders, global and regional partner account managers, and Red Hat’s Marketing team to design and build effective programs and campaigns that align with Red Hat’s partner ecosystem strategy and generate end customer demand.

Primary job responsibilities

  • Work closely with select ISV partners, Red Hat global partner teams, and key field or executive stakeholders to create and implement end customer demand generation campaigns within targeted regions
  • Actively collaborate with regional and global teams to align with partner ecosystem strategy, go-to-market programs and demand or pipeline development activities
  • Manage and lead digital site system alignment between the partner ecosystem and end customers
  • Support Market Development Funds (MDF) expense implementation and tracking
  • Maximize the industry awareness of our partner ecosystem; collaborate with corporate marketing functions like PR and AR and customer references
  • Ecosystem showcases and features at key industry events like Red Hat Summit and partner events

Required skills

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B software industry marketing with a focus on digital demand generation activities
  • Keen understanding of Red Hat’s platforms, open source, and the joint value proposition relative to solutions with partners
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to work with senior sales, marketing, and product executives in order to create and deliver timely and impactful marketing campaigns
  • Highly collaborative work style with proven ability to gather consensus and get support for decisive and timely action
  • Proven ability to work cross functionally in a highly matrixed organization
  • Moderate travel of approximately 10-25%
  • Advanced business, marketing, or program management degree is a plus
