About the Role

As a Human Resource Intern, you will work closely with Nuro’s People team to help attract and retain the best talent in the industry.

About the Work

As an HR Intern, you can work with various areas of HR to support the following initiatives:

• Process optimization in current HR processes
• Work with the HR Operation team to decipher a large data set (with employee information) and draw insights that inform actions. Examples include analyzing our pre-hire interview scores with post-hire performance scores to understand if there is a correlation between interview performance and longer-term success @ Nuro
• Research and development content for various HR programs from Recognition programs to Manager Training

About You

• You are currently enrolled in a BS or MS program in Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Communications, or business related degree
• You are people oriented with strong customer service skills
• You are a self-starter who is results-oriented, analytical, intellectually curious and one who takes initiative
• You are team-oriented and enjoy collaboration and working with cross functional teams
• You have strong problem solving skills and thrive in ambiguous situations
• You have strong written and oral communication skills
• You have the ability to be discreet when handling confidential information
• You are detail-oriented with excellent organizational and planning skills/prioritization
• Proficient in Google suite including sheets, slides, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
