            Job Description
               SeatGeek’s mission is to enable fans across the world to experience more live. As a Growth Marketing Manager on the Paid Search team, you’ll play an integral role in managing a multi-million dollar marketing channel that has a direct impact on SeatGeek’s overall user & revenue growth.  
   You will use both sides of your brain to develop innovative growth marketing strategies in collaboration with marketing analysts, product managers & data scientists; and you will demonstrate the value of these strategies through data-based analysis and a rigorous, fact-based approach.   You’ll report to our Growth Marketing Director, Paid Search.  
   What you’ll do  
  -   Use a rigorous analytical approach to evaluate the performance of our SEM program and make strategic recommendations  
  -   Manage and report on day-to-day performance of our paid search channels to ensure that we are spending efficiently and responsibly  
  -   Develop & execute experiments & A/B tests that evolve our bidding, copy, and landing page strategies  
  -   Perform ad hoc analysis to diagnose performance  
  -   Manage relationships with external advertising partners  
  -   Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align our marketing strategies with enterprise-wide initiatives  
  
   What you have  
  -   Bachelor’s degree  
  -   5+ years of relevant work experience in an analytical role  
   -   3+ years of performance marketing experience, ideally managing Paid Search specifically  
  
 -   Analytical and data-driven background, with a proven ability to extract valuable insights and narratives from large sets of data  
  -   Strong verbal and written communication skills--you are at ease describing complex strategies and approaches to various audiences within an organization, from the C-Suite to entry-level analysts  
  -   Strong data analysis toolbox, including experience with Excel, SQL, and Looker (or other BI tools)  
  -   Experience with AdWords and Google Analytics  
  -   Experience with Python or R a plus  
  -   At least 1 year people management experience a plus
