Media Operations Manager (maternity leave replacement)

Taboola is seeking to add an outstanding individual to its Media Operations team, which will own and manage projects within the MediaOps team.

As a Media Operations Manager you must be a collaborative and problem-solver with a track record of leading process and operational excellence. To be successful, the Media Operations Manager must be able to communicate effectively with Sales and Account Management teams in order to collect feedback on current processes, challenges and ensure correct usage of systems, tools and processes. The right candidate will be highly analytical with the ability to synthesize data and make sound business recommendations to management.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and manage the development of Media Sales and AM processes, Playbooks, Knowledge and skills
• Lead projects and initiatives with a focus on improving productivity and simplifying processes throughout the Sales organization
• Conduct analyses to gain deeper insights into our business and help Sales and AM teams understand how to scale, manage and grow our business predictably and profitably
• Communicates key process information, deadlines, task definition, etc. to groups within the media organization
• Partner with Media Sales and AM leads on business planning and strategy for their respective sales areas
• Supporting the business expansion into international regions and emerging markets
• Develop integration roadmaps for various systems and processes
• Customer-first attitude with a focus on problem solving

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of Business Consulting, Business Operations, Account Management or Sales Management
• Ability to influence key internal stakeholders and work collaboratively in a matrix organization
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Proven track record working under tight deadlines and in fast moving environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable learning new software systems
• “Make things happen” approach
• Experience in the advertising industry - an advantage
