The Marketing Platform Software Engineer in Test will have good experience in Quality Assurance (QE) and Test Automation using Java / Python and Selenium WebDriver. The ideal candidate will work closely with Marketing , site, ecommerce and other internal and external engineering teams, marketing business, campaign developers and campaign operations to gather requirements, identify opportunities for automation and validation of promotions.

Must Have Skills

Java / Python with Selenium framework, back-end api testing, AWS and Marketing / CRM Experience

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Java/Selenium Framework
• Good working knowledge of backend API testing using Java/springboard framework to automate service tests
• Experience working on Marketing or CRM projects
• Understands MicroServices, Containerization (Docker or Kubernetes).
• Exposure to Amazon Web Services, GCP, Heroku or other cloud providers
• Knowledge of code quality aspects like unit, integration and performance testing

What you will do:

• Automate Promo code testing and validation process to increase bandwidth and reduce errors.
• Build automated tests to test code entry and redemption on site
• Validate tracking and reporting parameters
• Work closely with Engineering and Marketing Stakeholders

Desired:

• Experience with BrowserStack is a plus
• Spring Boot development experience will be desired.
• Ecommerce experience will be a plus
• Effectively communicates development best practices
