Job Responsibilities charge of orchestrating the roll out o In coordination with the onshore team launch the roll out wave drive the wave roll out plan o Gather all inputs required information to start the roll out list of resources in scope communication SPOC etc o According to the standard wave roll out plan Send out communication materials Plan training sessions webinars o Coordinate with local teams to organize adhoc events coffee corners In charge of the adoption of the program in coordination with onshore team o Monitor the adoption on the ground o Identify new ways of generating adoption o Gather analyze feedbacks o Decide minor adjustments make proposals for major adjustments to increase adoption In charge of the training materials in various shape forms o Sharepoint maintain the existing sharepoint produce additional materials o COOC maintain the existing COOCs produce new ones o Liaise with global training team to add the COOC in the Group platform mylearning refine the training plan for sales community to add those COOC in their standard trainings In charge of the communication related to the roll out o Identify proper communication channels
