Our Exciting Opportunity:

  • Removing barriers and solving our users computer system, hardware and software problems as well as train and guide users in the utilization of these tools
  • You are the face of MY IT Center and work in an open concept MY IT Center which is set up for collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • You have the opportunity to impact Ericsson employees and make a difference in their day
  • You get to be a part of the transformation from legacy to fully connected environments, and help support users on this journey
  • Use F2F, phone and email to interface with users
  • Help manage and maintain computer HW
  • Pro-actively analyze and determine recurring issues, working with leadership to establish mitigation plans to address

You Have:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working with Win 7/10
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Skype, TEAMS, etc.)
  • Experience and knowledge in managing iOS and Android devices
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills (Friendly, approachable, calm under fire, patience)
  • Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
  • Excellent teamwork, time-management and organizational skills
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

You might also have:

  • Desire and experience in training others
  • Experience with Macbooks / Linux
