Build the future of health informatics solutions, right at the heart of Philips! As Senior Product Manager – SaaS Business Model you will be responsible for the creation, orchestration and execution of a new business model and related operational activities for our next-generation IntelliSpace Enterprise Edition (ISEE) cloud solution.

ISEE is Philips’ solution delivery platform, covering radiology, cardiology, oncology, genomics, EMR and soon pathology, acute care, clinical/operational command center and population health solutions. It’s one of the few identified key strategic Philips Healthcare solutions, enabling the creation of customer first integrated value proposition. The Sr. Product Manager, SaaS Business Model will set up and lead the new business model creation, related operations and business transformation activities for the IntelliSpace Enterprise Edition solution portfolio. As such, the right candidate will find an outstanding opportunity to grow and develop in this role, while making a significant business impact.

You are responsible for

  • Analyze the customer usage, competition and industry trends on enterprise level to ensure the solution is leading the market’s needs and expectations.
  • Translate in-depth market and customer insights, as well as competitive analyses into winning concepts/business models.
  • Drive definition, development and introduction of new SaaS business models on the integrated value proposition level.
  • Complete research to determine what products and services should be included in the solution delivery framework, while keeping the principles of guided selling in mind.
  • Complete pricing research and/or empirical analysis to determine the optimal pricing models for each product/service.
  • Define and analyze success criteria and business model metrics that are driving expected profitability levels.
  • Work with relevant product management teams to develop a holistic GTM strategy for how we take the new business model to market.
  • Define and manage the terms & conditions, including global contract templates, on solution level.
  • Drive the business process design, formulate the business process requirements and interact with various disciplines including Configure Price Quote (CPQ), sales, operations, finance and innovation teams to ensure E2E feasibility of new business models.
  • Scale up, standardize and enable the expansion of the ISEE solution delivery platform with existing and new propositions in collaboration with relevant business categories and cross-functional support groups.

You will be part of a diverse, multi-disciplinary team mainly comprised of product marketing, program management, solution architecture and R&D colleagues and based in our Philips Innovation Campus in Eindhoven, The Netherlands. This team is globally responsible for the Philips IntelliSpace Enterprise Edition offering, and is working on a frequent basis with our customers (e.g. CIO’s, radiology/cardiology/oncology service line directors) as well as other Philips colleagues such as field marketing, sales and service delivery teams across the globe.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • 5-10 years of relevant B2B SaaS experience in IT managed services and/or cloud computing. Exposure to healthcare IT industry preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of Enterprise ecosystems and how they are built.
  • Successful track record in creating new SaaS propositions, combined with outstanding business acumen.
  • Strong product processes, confident in the tools and frameworks used in order to bring structure and robustness to new processes.
  • Strong analytical mindset that makes data-informed decisions. You also know how to measure success before starting any project.
  • Excellent customer centric skills, with focus on all customer touch points.
  • Ability to work in an international, matrixed, multi-disciplinary, high growth environment with venture dynamics.
  • Outstanding communication skills, able to motivate, lead and champion a solution without authority.
  • Familiarity with various IT industry frameworks, processes and standards, such as ITIL, DevOps, ISO 27000, Lean, Six Sigma.
