Job Description:
In this role, the Global Supply Chain Material Program Manager is responsible for providing Supply Chain support and solutions to the Radar Integrated Product Team (IPT) for the Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Business area. This individual must have strong leadership skills, business acumen, technical aptitude and strong collaboration skills being able to work across Cross Business Teams (CBTs) and the IPT.
This position is responsible for all Integrated Supply Chain efforts through all phases of IPDS, supporting the Radar IPT. The Radar IPT manages 2 different Major End Items (Ground-up and Upgrade Radars), several major kit programs, and several thousand spares annually. The Radar IPT provides product to multiple programs with customers across the globe from an equally global supply base. Also included is trailblazing development and production subcontracts.
This person will lead a large team, have responsibility for Supply Chain oversight, and performance in alignment with all Radar IPT technical, cost, schedule, and quality requirements
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance. Except in rare circumstances, only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Required Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship is required
  • Active/Current US Secret Security Clearance.
  • 12+ years prior relevant work experience in Supply Chain, Program Management or Integrated Product Team
  • Experience with Risk & Opportunity management, Earned Value (EVMS), Material Sales, estimates at Completion (EACs) and/or Integrated Product Development System (IPDS)
  • Experience leading and managing a team of 5+ employees
  • Ability to obtain Raytheon Level 2 Material Program Management certification
  • Bachelor’s Degree
Desired Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully establish and implement an international sourcing strategy to support Radar product strategies
  • Strong collaboration skills enabling effective communication
  • Demonstrated business results working with International suppliers, including major subcontracts
  • Technical or Advanced Business Degree
  • Strong leadership and business acumen
  • EVMS certified
  • Experience in IPDS, Risk Management, SOW development and business finances
  • Demonstrated ability to understand financial information, budgets, and program performance and develop strategies to improve performance in these areas
  • Skilled in change management and organizational effectiveness
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships based on mutual respect with peers customers and team members
  • Outstanding written, verbal communication, strong presentation and organizational skills, has keen attention to detail
